Simona Tanning Bangladesh Established in 2016, 100% export-oriented leather manufacturing company and Bay Group joint venture with Simona Tanning Bangladesh. The company operates from its modern facility at the BSCIC Tannery Estate, Savar Industrial Park, Hemayetpur, Dhaka. It employs 111 staff and runs a 26,000 sqm production facility, including a 3,000 sqm green area and a water treatment plant with a capacity of 750 cubic meters per day, ensuring environmentally responsible operations.

Simona Tanning Bangladesh develops around 150 leather samples monthly, produces 1,920,000 sq. ft. of crust leather, and has a finishing capacity of 2,640,000 sq. ft. per month. The company sources high-quality hides from Argentina, Brazil, Europe, Uruguay, and the USA, and imports chemicals from Brazil, Canada, China, Europe, India, Thailand, and the USA to maintain international standards.

Simona Tanning Bangladesh supplies globally recognized brands including Wolverine World Wide, Caterpillar Inc., Merrell, Carhartt, and Ariat, strengthening its position as a reliable and compliant leather exporter from Bangladesh.
